Terms and Conditions
Travel Anzac accepts bookings subject to the following Booking Conditions. A ‘Client’ is all persons named on the booking form intending to travel with Crossroads Travel. A ‘Product’ is any service sold by Crossroads Travel. All Clients will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all Booking Conditions. To confirm a booking Crossroads Travel requires that the agent has taken full payment of all monies due. A contract between the Client and Crossroads Travel comes into existence when Crossroads Travel has confirmed the booking in writing and issued a Confirmation. The person signing the booking form (that incorporates these terms and conditions) warrants that s/he has full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose names appear thereon, and confirms that all such persons are fully aware of and understand these terms and conditions. The said contract, including all matters rising from it, is subject to Turkish Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish Courts. No employees or representatives of Crossroads Travel has any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions, not to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of Crossroads Travel, unless such be in writing and signed by the Director of Crossroads Travel. Crossroads Travel reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion without further explanation.
Cancellations by Clients
Clients can cancel at any time. The cancellation will be effected at the time that Crossroads Travel receives a written request from the Agent or for direct bookings from the Client, and the following cancellation charges will apply
More than 42 days prior to departure – 10% of the product cost or 50 USD, whichever is higher?
29 to 42 days prior to departure – 25% of the product cost or 75 USD, whichever is higher?
14 to 28 days prior to departure – 50% of the product cost or 100 USD, whichever is higher?
0 to 13 days prior to departure – no refund is given
No refund is given for a partially used Product
OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
We accept responsibility for any death, bodily injury or illnesses caused to you as a result of the proven negligent acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents, suppliers, and sub-contractors and their servants and/or agents while acting within the scope of, or in the course of, their employment, we also accept responsibilities for any damage caused to you as a result of any failure to perform, or improper performance of the service we have agreed top provide to you, Accept where such failure or performance of the services we have agreed to provide to you, accept where such failure or improper performance is not our fault or that of suppliers:
a) such failure is attributable to you or a member of your party.
b) Such failure is attributable to a third party unconnected with the provision of the services to be provided to you and is unforeseeable or unavoidable.
c) Such failure is due to force majeure (see important notes)
you must insure that you and the rest of the party have valid passports and any appropriate visas. You should check which vaccinations are required for your chosen destinations with your doctor, if you are hiring a car make sure your driving license is valid and comply with all local requirements. You must be responsible for the behavior of yourself and your party, we can refuse to accept you as a customer or refuse to continue dealing with you if your behavior is, in our opinion, or hotelier or other authority, disruptive, dangerous or annoying to other people or property, we will not pay any refund or any cost incurred by you if your behavior is unacceptable. You must tell us if you have an existing medical problem or disability, which may require assistance before you book your holiday and travel arrangements Airline requirements state that women 28 weeks or more into pregnancy at the time of return travel must have a doctor’s certification that they are fit to travel. Nominally, permission to travel refused after 32 weeks.
ACCOMODATION AND RATING
the relevant authorities in each country set official ratings. Different countries have different criteria for rating hotel and holiday and travel arrangements accommodation and therefore a four Star hotel in once country will not necessary offer the same facilities as a four star hotel elsewhere. Organized tour accommodations are based on twin/double/triple or quad share accommodation. That is, individual travelers not requesting a single room will be placed in rooms together. For pre and post tour accommodations, the entire room will be reserved for the client. We cannot arrange shared pre and post tour accommodations for single travelers – single supplement is required. Crossroads Travel will make every effort to accommodate people traveling together in their requested room type, however, this cannot be guaranteed
IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT
all requests for refunds must be made in writing through Crossroads Tours Int’l within seven days after completing travel. Once travel begins, any changes made by the traveler are the responsibility of the traveler and must be paid for on the spot. Once travel has begun, no refunds can be made for unused portions of any tour or service
we highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
